    报告摘要：We report sharp upper and lower bounds for the spectral radius of a nonnegative matrix with  using row sums, average 2-row sums, and average 3-row sums, respectively, compare these bounds, and apply them to some matrices  associated with a digraph or a graph.

    报告人简介：周波，华南师范大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。主要研究领域为组合矩阵论、图谱理论及其应用。近年来从事图与超图谱理论的研究。与合作者在国内外专业杂志发表论文100多篇，在Web of Science中去除自引的被引频次总计2500多次。主持过多项国家及广东省自然科学基金项目的研究。
